Our Rental Management Program includes a dynamic blend of services:
- Superior Advertising and Marketing - Sandcastle Escapes actively engages and seeks maximum exposure on print and internet advertising. Today’s consumers primarily rely on the Internet to search for rental properties; that’s why at Sandcastle Escapes we emphasize search engine optimization and social media interaction. Also, Sandcastle Escapes recently launched its own mobile app, making it more convenient for guests to book their vacation, check-in, contact staff, and have access to other features at the palm of their hands.
- Maintenance and Housekeeping - Keeping your rental property clean and well-equipped is top priority. Our maintenance staff conducts routine property inspections and quickly addresses any repair needs. All of the units are equipped with bathroom toiletries, towels, and linens that are purchased locally.
- Concierge Services - Our Concierge Services website is another great feature that Sandcastle Escapes offers guests to help make their stay easier and more pleasant. At no additional cost to owners, guests booking with Sandcastle Escapes can conveniently add to their beach experience by renting extras such as chairs, umbrellas, and bikes, as well as arrange dolphin cruises, fishing trips, and more. Everything is coordinated and scheduled by our staff, including delivery of rental gear directly to the vacation property, and pick-up of gear at the end.

We have streamlined our paper waste by converting all in-house work orders, schedules and owner’s billing to electronic documents. Owners can readily and securely access the online site where they can review billing statements, reservation reports, and important notices.

I have owned a home in Summer’s Edge in Seagrove Beach for 10 years. Property management has always been a challenge. Sandcastle Escapes has provided my management for 6 years. They have always been there for my guests and are available to take care of the problems that come with weekly rentals. I currently have a roof leak and Sandcastle personnel are there to ensure to repairs are being handled. Problems will happen and you need to have someone that can handle them. I am a very “hands on” owner and expect my management to be the same. I can assure you that cleaning is the major issue with any group. One of the reasons for Sandcastle is that they also know this. I am happy with the product that Sandcastle delivers. Are they perfect? No, and no one will be. Many management groups are awful in this area. However, Sandcastle is always attentive to any issues and listen to the owners to fix the problems.
