We stayed at this unit for 3 days. It was really nice unit and close to the beach. The only thing was I got stung by a wasp the first day on the balcony which there was a wasp nest. We called maintenance and they never showed up to take care of it. We finally had to take care of it ourself. Othewise it was a real nice place to stay. Wish there were more places to shop close at hand.

We just returned from nine nights at Sea Bluff Unit 14. I am a travel agent and have vacationed quite a bit all over the world so I was a tad bit skeptical about a vacation in Florida. I was pleasantly surprised. This had to rate as one of the best. The accomodations were superior with every possible appliance and cookware provided. We called the management folks about the lack of a grill, and within a couple of hours a brand new grill arrived. The CD player did not work but we lived with that. The back porch light was out and although a guy came out to work on fixing it for some reason it never did work. The unit was clean and well appointed. Beach is amazing and easily accessible from the property. Climbing up and down 64 steps was quite a work out so I would not recommend this property for the physically challenged. Nice clean pool too and great landscaping. Eating out was a little expensive but we cooked in most of the time. Grocery shopping at Publix was quite in line with the prices here in Indiana. Beer was cheap but other liquor was expensive at the shops near the complex. Recommend bringing your own booze. Overall we had a blast and plan on returning next summer.

This was our first visit to Santa Rosa, and the accomadations were better than we had hoped. The condo was spacious, modern, and equipped with all the comforts of home and more. With a great view of the pool from the balcony, it was an ideal setting watching the older children in the pool from the second and third floor balconies. The surroundings were quiet and pleasant, and the patio allowed for grilling and easy supervision of the kids at the pool as well. The washer and dryer in the basement was an added bonus, and the keyless entry was very convenient. The beach was only 100 yards away, and there was a beautiful view from atop the stairs leading down to the beach. Benches are conveniently located at the top for those who can not make the climb. Our family plans to choose this rental property for our vacation next year as well.

Totally enjoyed all of the amenities of the property. I have no complaints concerning the property. My two boys loved having their own room, beds, and bathroom. The master bedroom was spacious and nice. Having a location on the beach within walking distance was wonderful. Kitchen was nice along with being able to save money by cooking. I will definitely stay there again I just hope they upgrade to dvd players instead of vcrs.

I love the location of this area its makes you feel like a resident. The crystal blue waters are beautiful. It was just my husband and I that went so we had plenty of space, we could have easily taken at least 4 more people. The only thing i would have changed is that it is not on the beach, but that was my decision. I definatly recommend this resort if you like spacious living arrangments, peace and quiet, and good customer service.

This home was okay but we would not rent it again. There are too many stairs for such a small house. The washer and dryer is downstairs in the garage which was not clean, there were a lot of paint cans that is not safe around small children.The price that is quoted in the survey is not correct, our price was much more than that. We were suppose to get a discount from Seacastle and that did not happen. The upstairs bathroom broke and water was leaking from the ceiling. It appeared this had happened before from the stain marks in the ceiling in the living room. I would not rent this house again and do not recommend it to any of our friends.

This was a very relaxing week at the beach. The Beach Seekers staff could not have been nicer! The condo was a little dated on the outside but newly renovated on the outside. It was a short walk to the beach and the weather was perfect. The condo is right on a running path and restaurants are fairly close. The condo also had internet connectivity which was a huge plus. I definately would stay again.

We loved the townhouse and the grounds. We enjoyed the privacy and convenience of the location right off the bike path. Beautiful beach, emerald water and unforgettable sunsets. Private balconies and a garage are nice bonus.
