This home was absolutely beautiful. It was much more than expected. Everything was so clean and organized. Even the appliances worked well. There was enough room for my family & I (which was 7 of us). We didnt have to worry about being cramped up. The (2) screened patios were great as well. I would really love to stay here again. And I will recommend this to all my family and friends.

What a unique house! Sufficient kitchen equipment, extra linens. Lots of space and screened porches adjointed the bedrooms, giving privacy (good for teens). Perfect for the time of year we went - we could leave all of the doors open and let the outside air be our AC through the screened porches. I would assume this would not be the case in July. The beach was about a 2-3 minute walk, which was fine unless you forgot something! The house comes with a wagon to put all of your beach goods and toys in, which was convenient. The neighborhood is gated, so there is very little traffic - kids can play in the street. Very close to shopping, restaurants and 'fun' parks. We would come back!

This was a wonderful home. It was clean and very well kept. My only complaint was that unfortunately there were many Spring Breakers vacationing in the same complex. It seems that their are no rules at the pool about drinking beer excessively or smoking bongs. We had to move to the beach, which wasn't as close to the house as I thought it was. However we encountered the same problems with the Spring Breakers at the beach too. I would definitely return to this house, just not during Spring Break.

We stayed here with our 3 kids, my brother, sister-in-law, and their daughter. There was plenty of room for all of us! My kids loved the culdesac where they threw frisbee and football just about every night. The neighbors were all very nice! The layout was almost like two seperate houses connected by a screened in room. The swimming pools were very close and well kept! The beach is just a short walk through the complex! The tram service was awesome! They dropped us off right at our door. The only thing that I would complain about would be that the beach access gate was sometimes hard to opperate. Other than that, the restaraunts, shops, and grocery store were all very close to our house! At one point we needed maintanence on our car and had a wonderful experience at a nearby Toyota dealarship! What a great place to vacation and for a fantastic price!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Return to the Sea. The home and the community were lovely. Just a short walk to the beach. I can't wait to schedule our next trip to the Emerald Coast!

Great home for our extended family that included daughter's family of 4. Separate bedrooms in the back, complete with full bath. House needed some cleaning upon arrival, and it was taken care of by Sandcastle. A bit short on kitchen needs if you plan to do much cooking. Great neighborhood with wonderful pools. Quiet and beautiful. We love Destin!

I would highly recommend this rental to friends/family. Everything that I expected this rental to have was fulfilled. The house was nice and cozy. I love that the patio was connected to the home. You can sit outside in the patio whether its rain or shine. The atmosphere altogether was unforgettable. I will be looking forward to renting this home again some day in the near future!

My family and I stayed there over labor day weekend. We had a blast!!! This quaint beach cottage was not far from the beach about a 5 minute walk. The village that the house was located in definitely had that key west florida cottage feel. The pool is a good size and it was clean. The beach is beautiful and the house is in the perfect location. It has a pretty big kitchen perfect for cooking if you do not feel like going out to dinner. It is not in a the tourist downtown area of destin, but there are plenty of things to do and it is about a 15 minute drive to downtown destin.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed the individual privacy that this home allowed. Our kids are 14 and 18 years old and having bedrooms separate from the house was very cool for them. My husband and I cooked almost every evening and enjoyed the screened in porch in the back. We've stayed in this community 4 other times but at a different house and really enjoyed our stay. We'd love to vacation here again.
