Very much liked the location. Great view and great location. Would stay there again. A couple of things you should know before you stay. Not much stocked in kitchen. Never could find small spatula for stove, had to use large grill spatula. Master bath has no outlets. Found the ext. cord behind the night stand after a couple of days. Have to plug hair dryer there. Only two showers. Bath upstairs in loft only has a tub. Would recommend. Beach is perfect.

Being right on the beach was wonderful. The furnishings and appliances were well worn, but I put that into perspective as being "well loved" and those little things didn't matter with the beautiful blue-green water and blue sky right there. I agree with another visitor's comment that they are glad they didn't pay the summer rate. It was wonderful for a spring break vacation.

Great location, hard to find homes since there is not mail box at the property and the numbers are really small located at the door frame. This home is a simple home, nice and clean, no luxurious, just nice, great beach view, from master Bd, from the top floor and great deck. We held our wedding here and it was the perfect location for it, spectacular sunsets from morning to afternoon. For this time of year Nov-15 to 19, nights are just a bit chilly , no too cold, but enough for just a long slevees shirt, weather during the day: Great, chance to take on some waves and enjoy the sun, this location is great since the beach is your back yard. Nice properties are been built around if you are interested in buying on of this, homes around are not that expensive (500k), the Outlets are around the corner as well as the mall for restaurants and cloths shopping. Airport is just 30mns away if you have guest coming and need to pick them up. Overall, great location, will rent again and would love if summer prices were more affordable for this property. This home sleeps 10 people COMFORTABLY, no need to bring mattress or comforters or sheets.

Our Family of 3 stayed at DOLPHIN WATCH in April of 2008 for a solid week. First off, the location is AMAZING and PERFECT in every sense of the words. You are convenient to everything, but you still are "alone" with your great oceanfront views and private beach home. The negatives? Well, phone service was SHUT OFF COMPLETELY for the entire week we were there. That proved to be a big problem. Also, the jacuzzi tub.....DID NOT WORK. The BBQ GRILLS outside were not working and were all rusty. For the amount of money we paid, I was honestly furious about the "small details" not being up to par. That aside, the place was clean and we made the best of it and had a great time! We WERE compensated from the wonderful couple that owns SANDCASTLE ESCAPES. They DID make our vacation very special, problems aside. Yet, I would still HIGHLY recommend DOLPHIN WATCH for anyone. It was an amazing week, and it will be a vacation that we'll never forget. The view was wonderful. The tv in the bedroom on the 3rd floor did not work. The tv in the double bedroom on the 2nd floor was very little. And the tv in the master bedroom should have been swapped with the one in the living room. Some of the kitchen cabinet doors were off and the maintenance man did come put those back on. The bar stools around the kitchen table were very uncomfortable. What was up with no outlets in the master bathroom? Had to dry and curl hair in bedroom with no mirror! Very inconvenient. On a good note, the couches were very comfortable and the master bed was also comfortable. We did enjoy the deck and chairs. House is a good size and good layout. Would consider renting again at Fall rate, but would never rent this property for the summer rate. Very glad we paid fall rate for this home.

We stayed in this home in June 2007 and loved it so much that we returned in July 2008. Can't beat the location and the view is fabulous with nothing between the deck and ocean but white sand. Easy walk to nearby restaurants. Home is set up great for two families with kids. The maintenance on the house had declined in the year between our visits (kitchen cabinet doors off the hinges, dishwasher not working properly.) There also was no working phone line in the home. After notifying the management company, they did nothing to repair these things during our stay.
