The ground floor includes a large, open great room that includes a comfortable living area, adjoining dining room and adjacent kitchen with breakfast bar.
The spacious kitchen with granite countertops, custom cabinets and upscale appliances allows several people to comfortably prepare meals without bumping into each other. Everyone can dine together at mealtime, too, with seating for 8 at the dining table and 4 at the bar.
French doors from the dining area lead to a large, screened porch for relaxing or dining in the coastal breezes. A first floor bedroom with Queen bed and private adjoining bath is perfect for accommodating the elderly or someone with special needs.
Upstairs you will find a very spacious master suite with King bed, a large adjoining bath and access to a wrap-around deck. The second floor also includes another Queen bedroom with private bath, a Bunk room with 2 sets of Twin bunk beds and a private bath, plus a separate TV room for the kids.
New electronics with TV/DVDs throughout and Wireless Hi-Speed Internet for your convenience. You have views of the pool area from almost every room in the house and from the open deck upstairs. A private walkway right beside the house leads to a wooden bridge taking you directly to the large, community pool, just 25 yards away.
