1st floor: Tiled floors 3 bedrooms. (King bed, Fullsize bed and Two fullsize beds).

All bedrooms have private bathrooms and 19’ flat screen tv/dvd combos. ½ Bath that can be accessed from inside or outside from the pool area. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer and two storage closets. Heated pool, very large patio area has surround sound with plenty of seating, tables and umbrellas and charcoal grill.

There is an additional pool kitchen which is accessed from rear of house, with full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, 20’ TV and equipped with plastic glasses, plates etc for outside entertaining.

2nd floor: Tiled floors Large, bright open plan living room, kitchen and dining area.

Living room features 37” TV, DVD, VCR and sound system and sofa sleeper. Large very well equipped kitchen with tile countertops and all modern appliances Dining area seats 6 with additional seating for 5 at the extended breakfast bar. Master with hardwood floors, King size bed and sofa sleeper.

Private bathroom with double sinks. Walk-in closet , 27” flat screen TV/DVD combo, access to balcony 5th Bedroom with two sets of bunk beds and separate shared bathroom. 19” flat screen TV/DVD combo. Upstairs covered balcony with plenty of seating offers some limited gulf views and can be accessed from living room and master bedroom.

Surround sound system throughout the house. Parking for 4 – 5 cars Located within walking distance to shopping, dining, beach rentals etc...
