Completely renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath house walking distance to the deeded private beach access on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico sugar beaches and emerald waters.
House has a nice entry foyer leading into the kitchen area with a bar and granite countertops plus all stainless appliances. Laundry room.
Dining area seats 4 with room for an additional 4 more at the bar. Living area has 50" plasma tv, dvd, leather sleeper sofa, nice patio with huge fenced back yard and a 6 person hot tub.
King bedroom with 32" lcd tv with cable vision and high speed wireless internet, large bath with double vanities and walk in closet.
Queen bedroom, 20" lcd tv, shared full bath. Another Queen bedroom, 20" lcd tv, shared bath.
Property is ideally located within walking distance to the beach 5 minutes to either Silver Sands factory oulet stores or to the Destin commons mall.
