2nd Floor: Living area has 37" flat screen, dvd, vcr, stereo surround sound, sleeper sofa, patio with gas grill and outstanding views. Dining area seats 6 with seating for 2 more at the bar. Kitchen is very neat and clean with all modern appliances.
Also has half bath. 3rd Floor: King master bedroom with 19" tv, dvd, vcr, bath, private patio with really nice gulf views. Another king bedroom, 19" tv and bath. Each floor has its own balcony which helps to enhance the local scenery.Tile floors along with ceiling fans are located throughout the house.
There is also a second entrance to part of the Townhome in case separate quarters are desired. Beautifully decorated with artwork that exudes a tropical feel.. Within walking distance to, numerous restaurants, shopping and almost any type rental you desire..
