THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND SURROUNDING AREAS are highly sought after by guests! It is located directly across the street from Silver Sands Shopping and just down the street from Sandestin's famed BAYTOWNE WHARF, and DESTIN'S newest attraction, GRAND BLVD. offering fine shops and Publix grocery.
You will love the old beach flavor of Gulfside Cottages with palm tree lined streets and sidewalks. Yet, it is literally around the corner from anything you would need.
