This community consists of 29 homes with charm and the style of seaside cottages with palm tree lined streets. There is a neighborhood pool, which is heated early spring. The location is the best in the area, across from Silver Sands Outlet Center, the nations largest designer mall.

Easy walking distance to grocery, drug stores, and restaurants, along Scenic Hwy 98. Enjoy biking, fantastic golf courses, fireworks and many family events at nearby Bay Towne Wharf in San Destin

Coast Inn  has just been redecorated including fresh paint and hardwood floors.

The entry level has the master bedroom, private bath and access to the lower wrap around porch with gulf views. It has a king size bed and a 32” flat screen T.V. and DVD. There is high speed Internet with a quiet place to work in the Master bedroom.

This level also has two additional bedrooms, a twin room, and a daybed room that opens to Queen size; both bedrooms have TV’s, and DVD and are across from a large full bath. There is a front porch to accommodate these rooms looking out to the gazebo area of the neighborhood.

There is a bench that converts to picnic table ideal for the children to hang on the front porch. We are in the back of the cul-de-sac, so bring the kids bikes and or skateboards. The home has  beach chairs, rafts, sand buckets and toys in the hall closet on this level, ready to go to the beach!

Second floor has the spacious open living room area with, kitchen, dining.

There is a new 42” flat screen HDTV. The dining table seats 8,with bar stools for additional seating there is a pullout sleeper sofa. This floor has a wrap around porch with electric grill, two seaside bistro tables with bar stools to enjoy the fabulous gulf views.

Also there is a queen size bedroom with a 30”flat screen. Also there is another full bath along with a laundry room on this level.

The loft area is where you want to be for sunset, if not on the beach. You will enjoy a 180-degree view of the Gulf.

The tower has another queen size sleeper sofa, love seat, sitting area with T.V/dvd, stereo, books, etc.

The cottage is ideal for two families’ to share, and a great house for family re-union’s, and weddings. The  neighbor’s homes are available for larger groups

The designer furnishings offer comfort and luxury of home away from home.
