MAIN LEVEL: Spacious, fully equipped gourmet kitchen w/upgraded refrigerator (ice & water in the door); open living and dining area; full size laundry room and one-half bath. The living room includes a 27-inch TV with DVD, stereo, DVR and a beautiful new Italian leather sofa.
There is a wrap-around back porch with rockers & bistro set for dining and also a front porch for reading & relaxing. SECOND LEVEL: Three bedrooms with a king, queen and two twin beds – each with a television and VCR. The extra large master suite features a walk-in closet, private bath and a private porch with beautiful views of the gulf!
You'll also find a Bistro table and chairs on the private balcony off the master suite so you can enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the relaxing Gulf view! The cottage has a covered carport, three porches, and two outdoor showers. The cottage is located just across the street from Silver Sands Shopping Center - the nation’s largest designer outlet center.
